This unique college like course focuses on developing technical wine and food pairing skills. It is the only course of its kind, that we know of, offered in the United States.
A combination of lectures, tastings, and pairing exercises will allow you to develop an advanced understanding of wine and food pairing.
Each class includes a multi-protein, wine-paired meal to illustrate the impact of sauces, spices, and cooking techniques on proteins when making wine pairing decisions. A graduation dinner is held on the evening of the last day of class from 6 to 9:30 p.m. This Course meets one night a week, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, for 10 weeks.
