This unique 10-week (40 contact hour) upper level college like course focuses on developing technical wine and food pairing skills — and is the only course of its kind offered in the United States.
A combination of lectures, tastings, and pairing exercises will allow students to develop an advanced understanding of wine and food pairing.
Each class includes a multi-protein, wine-paired meal – prepared by one of our professional chefs – to illustrate the impact of sauces, spices, and cooking techniques on proteins when making wine pairing decisions. This Course meets one night a week, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, for 10 weeks.
