Most modern wine styles, as we know them today, were developed during or after the Renaissance. This course will cover the Renaissance, the Industrial Revolution and the modern Post-Industrial Revolution, Wars and the Digital Era.
If you would like to take a detailed history course on the Modern History of Wine you should take this course.
This Course meets one night a week, from 6:30pm to 10:30pm, for 10 weeks.
