IS: Level 3 Advanced Europe Course

This course is a complement to our other Advanced Regional courses: France, Italy and New World.

You will learn:

• Climate, geography and terroir.
• Wine production techniques by style and region in each country.
• How to use vintage data, by country and region in each country.
• Also, wine growing and obligation requirements for each Appellation in the 9 countries you studied.

This Intensive Study Course is completed in 5 days: Monday through Friday.
