Intensive Study Advanced One Week Courses
For those who are looking for a shorter version of our 10-week advanced courses we offer both Level II Certification courses and all of the Level III Certification courses as one-week intensive study programs. All of these courses are ideal for anyone who would like an advanced certification but does not live in the Denver area.
You do not need to be in the trade to take any of our professional courses. If you are a serious enthusiast then you can participate in any of our professional courses. Or, if you are considering a career change, then our professional courses will provide you with the education to make the jump to the wine industry.
Guild Certification Seminar (Level I Certification)
This is 12 hour (1 and ½ days) seminar. Those who successfully complete the online exam for this course will receive a Level I Certification diploma, membership card and membership pin.
The cost for registration, wine course materials, wine certification, is $650 with an additional purchase price of $50 to complete the online Certification Exam. This seminar is offered at least once a month in Denver as well as other locations.

Intensive Study Advanced Wine Course (Level II Certification)
This is a five day (40 contact hour) course. Those who successfully complete the written and practical exams for this course will receive a Level II Certification diploma.
The cost for registration, course materials, executive certification and wine is $2,095. This advanced course is offered each quarter as either a 10-week or 5-day intensive study course.

Intensive Study 1-Week Advanced Wine and Food Pairing Course (A Level III Course)
This is a five day (40 contact hour) course that covers all of the topics as the 10-Week Advanced Wine and Food Pairing Course.
You do not have to be in the trade to take any Level III professional courses. However, we strongly recommend you take the Level 1 Guild Certification Seminar prior to any Level III Course.
The cost for registration, course materials, executive/senior certification, food (a lunch and early dinner each day) and wine is $2,095. This advanced course is offered each quarter as an 10-week course and each quarter as a 5-day intensive study course.

Intensive Study Advanced Regional Courses (Level III Courses)
Each of these are five day courses that covers all of the same material as each of our 10-week college level Advanced Regional Courses. There are four advanced regional courses: France, Italy, Europe and the New World.
You do not have to be in the trade to take any Level III professional courses. However, we strongly recommend you take the Level 1 Guild Certification Seminar prior to any Level III Course.
The cost for registration, course materials, food (lunch each day) and wine is $2,095. Each of these four advanced regional courses is offered twice a year as an 10-week course and twice a year as a 5-day intensive study course.

Intensive Study Blind Tasting Course (a Level III Course)
This is a five day (40 contact hour) course that covers all of the topics as the 10-Week Blind Tasting Course.
We require that you have taken the Level II Advanced Wine Course (10-week or 5-day) prior to attempting this course.
The cost for registration, course materials, food (a lunch each day) and wine is $2,095. This also includes taking the Level III Blind Tasting exam. This advanced course is offered twice a year as an 10-week course and twice a year as a 5-day intensive study course.

Intensive Study Wine Business Course (a Level III Course)
This is a five day (40 contact hour) course that covers all of the topics as the 10-Week Wine Business Course.
There are no pre-requisites for this course.
